Are you a Site Manager/Foreman seeking a new role?

Necto Selection has been retained by a fast-growing Irish Main Contractor to assist them with the recruitment of a Site Manager/Foreman in Co. Leitrim. This is a very exciting position, for an experienced individual to join an organisation that has witnessed continuous growth and success in recent times.

Roles and responsibilities

·      Working alongside the Project Manager and adhering to the construction programme

·      Ensuring the effective sequencing of the finishing trades to maximise quality and minimise reworking, while monitoring resources, labour, plant, site set-up, and other overheads.

·      Liaising with clients and reporting progress, professional staff (such as architects and surveyors), and the public

·      Supervising contracted staff

·      Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety

·      Preparing site reports, designs, and drawings

·      Monitoring the progress of work to meet deadlines

·      Ensuring work processes meet building regulations

·      Logistics management, deliveries, and traffic management

Requirements:

·      Candidates should have 2+ years’ Foreman/Site Management experience

·      Must be experienced in Steel Structures and Site works Including piling / RC Works along with drainage/site ducting etc.

·      Ability to work on own initiative

·      Self-motivated and dedicated

·      Analytical and decision-making skills

·      Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software
