Necto Search & Selection are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a leading Irish main contractor for a large Educational project in the North Dublin. Our client will offer the successful Site Foreman a market leading salary and benefits package. Our client is currently undertaking several multi-million euro contracts throughout Ireland, meaning long term work for the successful Site Foreman

As Site Foreman you will:

• Ensuring the organisation’s health and safety policies are implemented and followed.
• Ensure timely request for and delivery of all information that is on the programme.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors.
• Planning the set-up of the site so that the workforce, plant and materials can move around efficiently and safely.
• Liaising with management and subcontractors in accordance with the programme .
• Ensuring materials are brought to site as and when required.
• Creating and maintaining an information communication system around the site , such as site signage.
• Creating and maintaining an organisational delivery management system.

Requirements:

• Main contracting background
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Self-motivated and dedicated
• Analytical and decision making skills
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
