A modular building company is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Coalisland, delivering projects across Healthcare, Education, and Residential sectors in NI, ROI, and the wider UK.

This role offers:

• Salary up to £80k
• Limited travel (approximately once per month to the UK)
• Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• 10 years’ experience, including strong main contractor background
• Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff
• Experience handling multiple projects at once
